Shipping and Payment

Payment for orders is made online through the website.

Orders are paid online via credit card (VISA, MasterCard, MIR). The online store does not collect or store any credit card information.

Please double-check your email during checkout to ensure you receive all order-related emails. Entering an incorrect email may prevent you from receiving important updates on your purchase.

Orders are shipped only after full prepayment.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
We value the quality of our work and our reputation, so we are always ready to accommodate and resolve any issues that arise. In case of a return or exchange of a defective product, we will cover all shipping costs.

Returns are processed based on a completed application sent to our email at velnoirstore@gmail.com, along with a receipt confirming the purchase and its conditions.

If you receive a defective item, you can exchange it for a non-defective replacement, provided it is in stock. All shipping costs for the exchange will be covered by the seller.

Refunds are issued to the bank account details provided in the return request. The processing time for refunds is up to 10 days from the date the returned item is received at our warehouse.

RETURN POLICY
You can return an item in good condition within 14 calendar days (excluding the purchase date) or at any time before receiving the package.

An item is eligible for return if:

  • It retains its original appearance.
  • Its consumer properties, labels, tags, and packaging are intact.

When returning an item to the online store, processing takes up to 10 business days from the date the return package is received.
