Returns are processed based on a completed application sent to our email at
velnoirstore@gmail.com, along with a receipt confirming the purchase and its conditions.
If you receive a defective item, you can exchange it for a non-defective replacement, provided it is in stock. All shipping costs for the exchange will be covered by the seller.
Refunds are issued to the bank account details provided in the return request. The processing time for refunds is up to 10 days from the date the returned item is received at our warehouse.
